HomeChoice is a no cost six-hour, pre-purchase homebuyer class held over three days for Alaskans considering the purchase of a home. The class is visually proctored and requires a webcam to show attendance during the full 6 hours to receive a HomeChoice certificate. This class offers six ECE credits for Real Estate professionals. Note: If you are taking a homebuyer education class to meet a financial requirement, before registering, please check with your lender or financer to ensure that HomeChoice meets the requirement.
