Joe Blow (an obvious alias) asked me if I had any any listings that weren’t on my website. The answer is of course NO… but then I asked him what he was looking for…..

Lo and behold, he told me he wanted a lot in a certain area of town. Having sold property in most of the areas in town, I was able to call someone I had worked with before in that area. And guess what? He’s now the proud owner of the perfect lot for his needs!

It never hurts to call to ask if you are looking for something and don’t see it on the website. We just might know someone, who knows someone, who knows someone…….
